***Tips: The ratio of egg to water must be 1:2 for beginners and you can experiment with more water and less egg plus other ingredients inside later when you're a pro!!!
-Mix the 1:2 portion of egg & water into a small jug
-Season with salt & white pepper to taste
-Pour into a rice bowl till 3/4 full using a strainer to get the smooth and no bubble effect
-Steam with low heat & lid slightly open (ie. 1cm) for 15minutes
-Garnishing with fried shallot oil and soy sauce (optional)
